What a high-quality calling list really is
A good list isn’t big. A good list has: correct owner identity, valid channels, role clarity, and follow-up structure.
Step 1: Start with micro-lists
Start with 300–1,000 records in one pocket. It’s easier to personalize, easier to iterate, and faster to measure.
Step 2: Standardize your fields
Minimum fields: address, APN, asset type, owner/entity, mailing, ownership length, signals, phone(s), email(s), role, status, last touch, next step.
