Role Overview As our Founding Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our enterprise sales expansion. This isn't just a sales role, it's an opportunity to build our GTM engine from the ground up. You'll pursue pilots with large organizations in real estate and property services, convert them into scalable contracts, and help shape our sales playbook. With significant ownership, you'll eventually build and lead a sales team, directly influencing UnrealCRM's trajectory in a high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: From initial outreach and demos to negotiations, pilots, and closing deals.

  • Generate and nurture pipeline: Handle inbound leads while prospecting outbound to target bigger accounts like brokerages and property service enterprises.

  • Secure pilots and conversions: Focus on landing initial pilots with high-potential customers and guide them to long-term adoption.

  • Collaborate with founders and product: Provide market feedback to refine strategies and ensure smooth customer onboarding.

  • Build sales infrastructure: Track pipeline in our CRM, forecast revenue, and codify winning sales motions to scale the team.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of SaaS sales experience, with proven success closing B2B deals and navigating enterprise sales motions (e.g., complex stakeholder alignment and longer cycles).

  • Track record of hitting quotas or driving ARR growth in prior roles.

  • Self-starter with grit, energy, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity—figuring things out independently while building structure.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • We're open to motivated candidates with less experience who show exceptional potential and a drive to grow with us.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points)

  • Experience selling to real estate, property services, or related B2B sectors.

  • Background in early-stage startups where you've helped establish GTM processes.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or platforms that enhance sales/productivity.

  • Passion for transforming how businesses prospect and close deals.

Compensation

Competitive package including significant equity (based on experience), performance-based commissions on closed ARR, and accelerators for exceeding targets. Unlimited upside as we scale.

Location & Logistics

Fully remote, with preference for San Diego-based candidates for in-person strategy sessions.
